Allow anyone self-serve access to your public catalog where they can search, preview, and download assets as they choose. Easily send a file or group of assets to anyone with an email address through a single link. Share large files with any number of users without the need for FTP or email attachments. Sites is a comprehensive web publishing and portal solution: customize your security settings, white label and personalize the UI for your organization, and track usage of all your assets.

Measure Asset Usage.

Track how often users access any given asset or group of assets, what they did with them, and when. Verify when assets were approved and when they were utilized. Easily identify your most popular or valuable assets and save money that would be wasted by updating or re-licensing unused assets.
