Our implementation team helps you set up your Canto instance for success. From training and migrating assets to figuring out the best ways for you to use our wide range of features for your specific needs, our implementation team is there for you from the start.

 

 

Ilya Kiselev – Head of Customer Implementation

Favorite thing about your job: I love problem solving with our customers and figuring out the best way for them to use Canto.
Favorite thing to do outside of work: I love playing basketball and finding hidden treasures.
Fun fact: I crush the saltine challenge.

 

Lauren Burke – Implementation Specialist

Favorite thing about your job: Getting to meet so many new people and learning about their jobs and how Canto can help them.
Favorite thing to do outside of work: Reading and powerlifting.
Fun fact: Nobody has really seen my natural hair color in three years.

 

Sophia Velo – Implementation Specialist

Favorite thing about your job: Creating creative solutions for our clients’ needs.
Favorite thing to do outside of work: Painting! I just got into watercolors and I’ve recently made some free time to channel my inner Georgia O’Keefe.
Fun fact: I can’t whistle, so I am very grateful for ride-sharing services.

Shilpa Nimishakavi – Head of Account Management

Favorite thing about your job: I am fortunate to be part of a team where we are all truly passionate about sharing the value of Canto with our customers! I love that my job is to find ways to reach out to our users and help them find ways to be even more successful with Canto.
Favorite thing to do outside of work: Skiing, traveling and spending time with friends/family.
Fun fact: I went to graduate school for immunology and changed careers soon after graduating.

Alisha Chakravarty – Account Manager

Favorite thing about your job: I love brainstorming new ways to use the product, understanding how different organizations work and forming close relationships with people. It’s truly amazing to watch people and their companies become successful not only with Canto but outside of Canto as well!
Favorite thing to do outside of work: Live music and theater are the keys to my heart! Most recently, I saw Hamilton and it was amazing!
Fun fact: I’m a trained Odissi Classical Indian dancer.

 

Rachel Pisarevich – Account Manager

Favorite thing about your job: I love building relationships with my clients and learning about what they are passionate about!
Favorite thing to do outside of work: I love to try new things. I hate having a set routine and love to go outside my comfort zone. I love trying out new workout classes, visiting a country or city I’ve never been before or just exploring new restaurants in San Francisco.
Fun fact: I speak fluent Russian!

Emily Ebbers – Account Manager

Favorite thing about your job: Working with our customers and sharing best practices for how to benefit most from Canto!
Favorite thing to do outside of work: I love to read, watch documentaries and travel – international and domestic both. This year my goal is to visit more national parks!
Fun fact: I’m fluent in Spanish and also speak (very rusty) Mandarin.
