Launch Trampoline Park was accumulating digital assets – thousands – and needed a digital asset management system to centralize them. They certainly needed to organize their images and videos, yet with twenty new franchises on the way, plus their fifteen existing locations, they also needed a system to drive centralized marketing communications and operational support. Assets like operation manuals, procedures, forms, and other training materials existed, but were not used, because they couldn’t be accessed.

Solution

Launch Trampoline chose Canto because it enables users to tag, store and share files, and even this basically functionality could help them dramatically simplify and streamline organization of their digital assets. Franchisees situated anywhere in the country could get common questions answered with just a simple cloud-based document search. Training videos and webinars could be recorded, tagged and available for franchisee reference.

Canto had everything we needed in a DAM and the cost was more than reasonable. It was very simple to use and there were no big hiccups or anything of the sort.

Canto has empowered Launch Trampoline to create a central hub for all digital assets. By providing everything in one location, Canto doubles as a media library and a knowledge base. Launch digital assets, many of which were costly to develop, are now available through cloud-based storage and search, enabling their franchise marketing and support operations to grow confidently.
